In this term "YOU" means you the user / client of VPNXS.nl and the term "WE" or "OUR" means VPNXS.nl its selfs.

4. You agree that you don't share your account with others. You can how ever use your account on multiple devices, but only with one connection at a time.
5. You agree to recieve email / maillings / newsletters from VPNxs.nl & ItsHosted.nl
6. You agree that our service is offered to you is provided as is basis, with no warranties whatsoever. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, inconveniences, or whatsoever damges, or loss of profit, that may arise from the use of our services. No refunds will be given.
7. We can not guarantee any internet connection speeds on our services. Neither can we guarantee that you have an uninterrupted services. This is becose we dont have any control how the internet will preform in your area. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, inconveniences, or whatsoever damges, or loss of profit, that may arise from the use of our service. No refunds will be given.
8. We are not in any shape or form liable for damages of any sort (realized or unrealized) resulting from the use of, or through the use of, or arising from the use of, or the inability to use the VPNXS.nl services pertaining to any registered user. In any event, VPNXS.nl shall never be liable for any monetary damages beyond what the user paid to VPNXS.nl.
9. You agree:
   • You dont use our service to hack or attack other computers, servers or networks. Also not our servers and or resources.
   • You dont use our service to scan ( portscanning ) or break into other servers, computers or networks
   • You dont use our service to distribute any kind of viruses / trojans / worms or other maleware software.
   • You dont use our service to enoucrage of promote any kind of criminal activities
   • You dont use our service to enoucrage of promote any kind of terrorist activities
   • You dont use our service to trade, sel, transmit, or whatsoever any child pornography to others or recieve it from others.
   • You dont use our service to send out any SPAM, hate email, unsolicited SMS or scam related materials etc.
   • You dont use our service for any other sort of criminal activities.
10. We have the right to make any modifications to our Term of Service agreement. Any modification will become binding and it will be your responsibility to check if there are any updates.
11. We reserve the right to terminate your account without any notice or refund when we recieve any complaints from internet service providers, companies, servers or users about illigal activities.
12. If you violate any of our terms we reserve the rigth to stop the service without any refunds.
