Hoe stel ik de VPN verbinding in?

You will see a new window

Enter a name in the text field and press Next

Here you will need to fill in the server address which you will use to connect to.

There are 2 options here:
Server 1: connect.vpnxs.nl
Server 2: connect.uk.vpnxs.nl *

* This server is located in the United Kingdom. And can be used to watch the BBC iPlayer for example.









When you have filled in the server address click on Next.

Put a check mark before “Add a shortcurt to this connection to my desktop” and press Finish















Now locate the recently created shortcut on your desktop and dubble click it, you will see a screen similar to the one below.

Username: Here you will fill in your username which you received via e-mail.
Password: The password from the received e-mail

You can enable “Save this user name and password for the following users” This option allows other users of this computer to use this VPN connection.

The final step is to configure one more things in order to use the connection.

Press Properties  and a new window will pop-up, On top you will see numerous of tabs select the Networking tab.

Make sure that the drop down says : PPTP VPN.

Once this has been changed properly you can click OK and you will return to this window
